Did the last of the Rudy Project Time Trials on Saturday in beautiful Autumn sunshine, on a tough but pretty course in North Northants up by Corby. Richie rode in the disabled category, and got 2nd. I rode with the vets and Tall Chris had to do an extra lap with the seniors. Big thing of the day was getting to caress Simon Richardson                   ’s two gold and one silver medals won at the recant paralympics. FANTASTIC!!!
