James Norris came second in the Spring Chicken Road race this saturday . Good conditions and some smart and hard riding by James placed him well in the sprint and he got a great and well deserved second place. HWCC Rider Geoff Powell also worked hard for James and pulled back a strong group in the breakaway , this again demonstrates the great team work , trust and passion HWCC riders have when riding together , something sadly missing from other clubs . The HWCC Tour of wales Team rider was also present on the HWCC club run to Waterperry on sunday where some good through and off and sign racing was in abundance

Also Racing today was Matt Stevens .Matt came 5th in the West Drayton Black Park MTB Race.There was a tough field to contend with but Matt managed a good placing and made the top 5 which keeps him on tartget for his seasons goals. Matt Came 7th the Previous week so is creeping up the leader board.
